Printing a Workspace will print a copy of all windows visible in the workspace. For example, if your workspace contains four windows, and they are tiled horizontally, you will get an exact copy of the window layout on your printed copy. If you want to only print ONE window in the workspace, maximize it, then print the workspace.
Important! To print a workspace, the windows cannot be cascaded.
To print a Workspace
From the Windows menu, select either Tile Horizontally or Tile Vertically.
From the File menu, select Print Workspace.
